Refund policy

Because most Boss Stickers products are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds once production has started. If there is a defect, misprint, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will make it right with a reprint or store credit.

All requests for reprints must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Eligible: Defects, misprints, wrong product/size/color due to our error, shipping damage.

Not eligible: Custom items once in production, direct mail services, customer errors, Buyer’s remorse, minor color variations, customer file errors
